Corn Bread

stir in bowl #1

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup corn meal
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2Tbsp sugar

whisk in bowl #2,

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg

2 Tbsp butter in cast iron skillet (melting in oven)

Stir bowl #1 and bowl #2 together, swirl in half the hot butter

put into cast iron and cook 15-20 minutes.
