Corn Bread
stir in bowl #1
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup corn meal
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp
salt - 2Tbsp sugar
whisk in bowl #2,
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
2 Tbsp butter in cast iron skillet (melting in oven)
Stir bowl #1 and bowl #2 together, swirl in half the hot butter
put into cast iron and cook 15-20 minutes.
